Staff are always friendly and proper while handling people. While the venue was EXTREMELY HOT the fact that buyers were not able to utilize their phones was great as everyone was interacting with each other. The show was great; we felt we were in a giant disco place however towards the middle of the show some people were brought to our side by a person with some sort of tag and our experience started going downhill. They were obnoxious, kept jumping through chairs back n forth and I had to switch my 10 year old so that he wasn't scared by that. The group was loud making it difficult to hear the performer talk. Overall the performance was excellent for being our first and my son's birthday gift. We enjoyed our chocolate chunk cookies; only wished we had a nice cold cup of milk!
